Sidos offers two ways for users to create reports. First, you can easily download all of the project images. This is the perfect option for someone who already has an established report template and needs to import Sidos heatmaps. Alternatively, you can download a full report using the Sidos standard template and customize it.
How to download a report
First, select the report feature from the main drop-down menu
A generate report menu will appear. From the drop-down menu, select the primary SSID for the report.
There will be two options:
Download Report - This is the Sidos Report. It will contain detailed descriptions, graphics, and common suggestions, all in a template design that is fully customizable.
Download Images - This allows you to download all the images that would normally be included in a Sidos report as a ZIP file.
If the report option is chosen, follow these steps to ensure all content is displayed correctly.
Click the Yes button to update fields.
Select Update entire table, and click OK.
What to look for in a report
Sidos has provided some generic recommendations as a starting point. These recommendations do not necessarily apply to all projects, but they provide a good starting point.
These suggestions are located throughout the report and can be identified by being highlighted.
Sidos also provides a way to help customize reports for the end customer by providing key suggestions for the surveyed environment.
