Sharing a project
When a user creates a Project (Site) in Sidos, they can share it with others by assigning it to a group. When a Project (Site) is shared with a group, all associated Surveys, Designs, APoS, and Deep Surveys are automatically shared as well.
All groups the user is associated with will show up in the drop down.
If you need to update group membership, please open a support ticket and include the Group Name along with the email addresses of the users you want to add or remove.
Searching for a project
By default, all Projects (Sites) the user has access to are displayed on the home screen when they log in to app.sidos.com.
Use the filter dropdown next to the search bar to sort results by Last opened, Last surveyed, or Last created.
Use the search bar in the top-left corner of the screen, next to the + New Site button, to find items by typing the name or number of any Projects (Sites), Surveys, Designs, APoS, or Deep Surveys.
